The Windsor Garden Club invites the public to its next meeting, Tuesday, November 27, 6:30 p.m., at the Windsor Senior Center. Marilyn Peterson of Dear Designs will demonstrate how to plant spring bulbs underneath colorful annuals and perennials that will bloom throughout the holidays and into spring.
