Registration is open for the 2013 North Coast Wine Industry Expo, organized by Wine Industry Network.

The event will be held at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds on Dec. 5.

The inaugural event in 2012 attracted more than 2,000 people and attendance is expected to increase this year, said George Christie, president of the Wine Industry Network.

"In our first year, booths sold out almost immediately and we knew we needed to find a way to accommodate the growing interest," Christie said in a statement.
