EDITOR: For the second time in the past few weeks you have printed a story about the famine and drought in Niger and how charitable organizations are seeking humanitarian aid. And for the second time your writer has not provided any information, a Web site, phone number or e-mail address on how to contact the charities or make a donation. This seems like a glaring oversight to me. Please, in the future when you publish articles like this informing people that there is a need, could you give us the information on how to fill that need?
