Duckhorn Wine Company has dedicated itself to setting a new standard for food and wine pairing. On November 20th, the new Holiday 2009 menu will be launched for both the educational Food For Thought experience at Duckhorn Vineyard, and An Unpredictable Pair culinary exploration at Paraduxx. Both tasting experiences feature new multi-course, wine-paired holiday menus designed by executive chef Richard Haake, and highlight seasonal organic and local ingredients prepared in-house daily.
