So You Want to Start a Business - Legal & Finance

This is the second of a three-part series that can be taken separately or in tandem. This 3-hour course is for small business start-up information on the topic of Legal and Finance. The workshop covers various legal structures, business insurance, licenses/permits, leases/contracts, and protecting your intellectual property. It also goes over the basics of financing your business, break even analysis, the importance of cash flow and how to manage it, as well as basic financial statements.
