Hoot and holler and dance to the foot stomping music of the Whoots. The Whoots (Michelle Levy, fiddle; Ben Screiber, fiddle; and Jim Oakden, piano, guitar) feature two of the best young fiddle players in the Bay Area. Joyce Miller, our favorite Grass Valley caller, will be here to call the dance. This is a great event for people who want to celebrate the New Year with pure joy. Festive snacks and apple cider served at midnight. Beginners welcome. Come one half hour early for the lesson.
