Zumba Gold is about -- fun, easy steps and great music!
Zumba Gold is great for people starting out on their path to fitness, for active older adults, and for anyone wanting to join this low-impact, moderate intensity Latin/international inspired dance fitness program.
A major goal of the class is to have everyone walking away with a sense of success, accomplishment and fun; and want to come back again for more.
No experience necessary - everyone is welcome.

Anna has been teaching Zumba in Sonoma County since year 2008 to a wide range of participants -- from kids to older adults and people with varied fitness levels. Dancing since childhood, Anna forms her class using her diverse dance background and knowledge from numerous fitness certifications to achieve a good balance of dance/fitness/fun, following the Zumba formula. Anna believes that a good Zumba class should be student centered, easy to follow, safe, fun and helps the participants to achieve their fitness goals.
