Pomo was right on, until you decided to add the caveat to John Santana, saying

that he must ''provide more effective leadership.''

Anyone who has ever met John Santana has truly had the privilege of meeting a

man. John Santana leads by example, giving his whole life meaning and

enriching everyone touched by his presence. Our world would greatly benefit in

every aspect of life if more people conducted themselves with the honor,

dignity, caring and sensitivity of John Santana.
