John Teague Art Opening Reception

We welcome local photographer John Teague in a show titled “One day with the Datooga”. John Teague is the owner of Unique Images Photography in Santa Rosa. This exhibit is from an October 2009 photo essay assignment in Africa to tell the story of the Datooga people of northern Tanzania. A three year drought has dramatically affected this tribal group, but despite the harsh living conditions, they are a people who convey personal dignity and incredible will to survive.
