In addition to the benefits of strengthening the body and focusing the mind, our Pilates classes also tend to the spirit by offering each session in a peaceful, contemplative setting that helps us become more aware of the presence of God. Join Musetta Perezarce, Certified Pilates Instructor. Registration is strongly suggested, as there are only 10 spaces available per class.
