Gather round the table and swish your way to a new culinary experience. Shabu shabu is a Japanese hot pot dish where diners cook paper-thin slices of meat and other ingredients in pots of boiling broth (the name is said to come from the sound your food makes while swishing). And since it's all done at the table it's a natural for entertaining, or for warming up on a chilly evening.
