Café de la Presse continues their Culinary Tour de France. Every 2 months, a different region is showcased through their traditional dishes and wines which will be offered a la carte. The second stop on this tour is the Champagne region of France.
The menu of Champagne inspired dishes offered during November & December are Salade de Homard, Tarte Flambée Au Chaource, Coquilles Saint Jacques Champenoise, Coq au Champagne, Marquise Au Chololat, and Opéra Cake.
