The Tattoos and Blues Arts Festival has found a different way to pair the audio with the visual.

The 18th annual, three-day festival of body art and blues-y music runs 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday through Sunday with tattoo artists, gift vendors, food and live bands.
