Petaluma 1st Sun. Contra Dance, Woman's Club, 518 B St. Dance from 6:30-9:30 pm, with lesson at 6:00. Sep 6: Tina Fields calls, with music by An Drochaid (fiddle, piano, percussion).
Contra dances are easy, fun, inclusive. No experience necessary, newcomers welcome. All dances taught and prompted, live music. No partners necessary, come alone with a friend. Wear comfortable, informal clothes and low, smooth-soled shoes.
