A Windsor couple face charges that they have run a marijuana sales operation in Sonoma and Napa counties, according to a Napa law enforcement official.
A three-month investigation ended with the recent arrest of Michael and Victoria Breeden, Lt. Gary Pitkin of the Napa Special Investigations Bureau said in a news release Thursday.
Arrest warrants also have been issued for Francisco Cornejo Zavala, 42, and Victor Hugo Montanez, 34, who police suspect had been living at the Breedens' Calistoga home, caring for an indoor pot garden, according to Pitkin.
Both men are wanted on $50,000 arrest warrants for marijuana cultivation and possession for sale.
A tip in January led officers to a Calistoga home on Foothill Boulevard where they found an elaborate indoor growing operation with 370 plants, Pitkin said.
A further search at the Breedens' Windsor home on Luisa Way turned up 58 growing plants, 26 pounds of processed marijuana, evidence of sales, ammunition and $2,800 in cash.
Arrest warrants were issued, and Michael Breeden, 41, and Victoria Breeden, 43, were arrested on suspicion of marijuana cultivation and sales. They were released from Sonoma County Jail after posting bail.
Pitkin asked anyone with information about the wanted men to call agents at 253-4458 or the bureau hotline at 224-3784.
